A&M Futures is a woman owned finance company based on Integrity, Transparency and Relationships. Our headquarters is in Phoenix, AZ. We are financial educators and retirement income strategists for women in unique situations, such as divorce. We offer innovative solutions for both these women and their businesses.

Betty has over 38 years of experience in both the legal and compliance fields within the corporate sector. She has worked directly with boards of directors of both NYSE and Nasdaq public companies, as well as large private sector companies. In her various roles with these public & private companies, she oversaw Insider Trading Compliance, Security Exchange Commission Reporting, Board of Governance Requirements and the complex required compliance to these regulations, including but not limited to FinCEN. She was also liaison between these boards, their corporate officers and outside counsel.

Betty decided to use the skills she acquired in the corporate sector to help small to midsize businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals achieve sustainable financial success. Betty is passionate about working with individuals, families and businesses in obtaining peace of mind with tax-advantaged strategies and tax-free retirement. Betty is especially passionate about helping women reach their retirement goals and teaches educational workshops to help women in her community. The necessity of a sustainable tax-free income and benefits really hit home when her family was faced with a major financial crisis due to a severe accident. It was an eye-opening experience especially for someone in the industry. Since that time, Betty has been adamant about working with individuals, business owners and their employees to ensure they are prepared for both unforeseen events (illness and/or injury), protecting their wealth and assets and growing their wealth so they can have a legacy.

Betty has been married for over 35 years to Bill Pecha and they have two beautiful adult daughters, Alannah and Mikaela and adorable twin grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, or relaxing with a great book and a glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Mikaela graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Park and Recreation Management. While participating in all the required business classes, she had no idea how they would change her life. This is where she realizes that she loved the business portion of her degree.

A&M Futures allows Mikaela to further develop and grow her passion of helping families and small businesses achieve their goals. Most people believe they can only reach financial success and goals by being a part of a big corporation or business. Mikaela loves sharing with individuals and small businesses how their “big” goals can be accomplished. Helping families is where her passion lies, as she is a single mother of twin boys she personally knows the ups and downs. Mikaela wants to make sure families are ready for life’s what-ifs and major milestones – buying a car or home, starting a family, going to college and retirement.

When Mikaela has free time, she enjoys hanging out with her twins and her two dogs. Mikaela and her family enjoy spending time outdoors – going to the park or zoo, hunting, fishing or just taking a new back road to find out where it goes.
